Head on over to our Let’s Celebrate 🎉 page and fill out our submission form. Here you will provide us with your information, pricing plan selection and holiday video selection. You will also provide any brand logos, photos/videos and messaging you want in your videos.

Once we receive your request we’ll begin the onboarding process and setting up payment details. This initial process usually takes 2-3 business days. We’ll then begin the creative process in building your holiday videos. Our turnaround time is usually 1 business day for 1 video. 2 business days for up to 3 videos and 4 business days for up to 7 videos, but we always try to get them to you earlier.
Once you receive your videos via email link, please review and provide any feedback to our team via email, slack, phone call or video call. We’ll start applying any revisions, additional messaging iterations and aspect ratio resizes as well. The amount of revision rounds depends on the plan you choose.
Once your holiday videos are perfected to your liking, we’ll deliver your videos in high-quality formats so you can start sharing the celebration with your followers. Remember, these videos are evergreen so be sure to add them to your strategy in the following years.

However, if you prefer to take a collaborative approach, we’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas and use that to drive the creation process.
When starting a new engagement, there is an initial upfront process where we gather your assets and content. This process usually takes approximately 3-5 business days. Net-new video content builds take about 1-4 days. Iterations are usually created within 24 hours.
At the start of each new billing cycle, the number of videos allotted by your tier resets so make sure to use them up beforehand. We believe that all brands need more rather than less to make the most out of service and their owned/earned/paid media. Please choose a plan that fits you the best so you can use them up often and on a regular basis.
We have a 30 day cancellation policy. This means that your plan will be canceled 30 days after official notice. If your next billing cycle falls within this timeframe, you will be billed an additional month before having your account canceled.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide source files for any of our videos. This includes project files, images, videos, music, sound effects, fonts etc. Our services are only for the final video outputs.
Yes, we have licenses for all of the music we use in our videos. We can happily provide you with the license when requested.
There are at least 95 million photos/videos posted on Instagram alone each day (source.) Every account has different followers, so it’s highly unlikely that you will see the same video.
